Essentials of Meditation - a new course for shiftworkers
For people who work shifts and can’t always come on the same evening, this 6 week course will run on a Tuesday at 7.30pm and Saturday at 10.30am. So if you miss a Tuesday you can catch up the following Saturday.
Tue 17 Jan or Sat 21 Jan with a day retreat on Sun 4 March.
Thue 24 Apr or sat 28 Apr
with a day retreat on Sun 3 June.
Introduction to Meditation for People in Recovery from Addiction
This day is open to anyone who is already actively in the recovery process.
The day is led by people who are in recovery themselves. Although offered on a donations basis, booking is essential for this event. Please download and send our booking form or phone to book.
