Pauline Hamilton
Pauline is a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher and has been practising yoga for over 12 years. When she discovered Iyengar Yoga she realised she particularly enjoyed the precision of the Iyengar approach together with the health benefits achieved through strengthening the body, building stamina and improving flexibility.
