Yoga with Joy Charnley 6 week course *New term starts 28th August*

Joy qualified with Yoga Scotland in 2011 and since then has been teaching a range of classess and 1:1 sessions, focussing on body and breath awareness. This class is suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to consolidate thier practice.
