Joy qualified with Yoga Scotland in 2011 and since then has been teaching a range of classess and 1:1 sessions, focussing on body and breath awareness. This class is suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to consolidate their practice.
You can book for 6 week block (£48/36) or pay each week as a drop in. Dates are 8th, 15th & 22nd January (no class 29th) and 5th, 12th & 19th February.
