A eight week course starting 1st September running from 16.00 to 17.00 pm.
Learn a series of 18 gentle movements to help mind-body co-ordination. This sequence is known as Taijiqigong as it has the soft flowing quality of Taijiquan and the health benefits of Qigong. The moves are easy to learn and can be done by people of all ages and abilities.
The class is taken by Susanne Lin Jensen, a teacher of Dragon Spring Taiji School.
