Level 2:

This is a follow-on course for those who have already learned the basics of the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana and will focus on ways of taking meditation further and establishing a personal practice. It will run alongside our Level 1 courses.

Meditation Days are suitable for complete
beginners and as a refresher for those who would like to
brush up on their practice with an introduction to the two main
practices. Please bring light vegetarian food
to share.
