Level 1 The Essentials of Meditation A structured introduction to meditation, posture, setting up a practice, balancing effort and relaxation. Participants will gain a practical ability in the two foundation meditation practices.
Meditation can produce many benefits, from reducing stress and
improving quality of life, to accessing clearer states of mind and
positive emotions such as love and compassion.
