Level 1 The Essentials of Meditation

 

A structured introduction to meditation, posture, setting up a practice, balancing effort and relaxation. Participants will gain a practical ability in the two foundation meditation practices. Meditation can produce many benefits, from reducing stress and improving quality of life, to accessing clearer states of mind and positive emotions such as love and compassion.

A lunchtime breathing space with guided meditation suitable for beginners and those with experience. Feel free to bring your lunch along and eat it in the tranquillity of the Centre.
