Level 1 The Essentials of Meditation
A structured introduction to meditation, posture, setting up a practice, balancing effort and relaxation. Participants will gain a practical ability in the two foundation meditation practices.
Meditation can produce many benefits, from reducing stress and
improving quality of life, to accessing clearer states of mind and
positive emotions such as love and compassion. |

brush up on their practice with an introduction to the two main
practices. Please bring light vegetarian food

Essentials of Meditation - a new course for shiftworkers
For people who work shifts and can’t always come on the same evening, this 6 week course will run on a Tuesday at 7.30pm and Saturday at 10.30am. So if you miss a Tuesday you can catch up the following Saturday. Starts Tues 7th and Sat 11th September with a day retreat on Sun 17th October. |
