Day retreats

 

Open to everyone who has done one of our classes, an opportunity to experience the transforming power of meditation much more fully than is possible during a class. A great chance to spend a quiet day meditating  with others. Whether you've just finished a course or did one a while ago and need a refresher, do come along. 

For the first half of the we split into two groups for meditation - one for those wanting a little more instruction and another for those with more experience. After lunch there are a variety of workshops to choose from.

Please bring contribution for veggie lunch to share 10.30 - 4.30 pm.
These day retreats are included as part of our current introductory meditation and Buddhism courses. Otherwise donations welcome!
