Collective Meditation online Mon-Fri

An opportunity to practice online with others and quiet your mind at the beginning of each day. Open to all meditators, no matter where you are in the world, who can sit silently in meditation for 40minutes. Not suitable for beginners as there will be no teaching or guidance given. We are creating a collective pool of silence in which to refresh our individual being at this time of crisis. Led by the Buddhist Centre Online team.
