Pauline qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2011.
Her classes are suitable for beginners as well as regulars and will help you develop greater strength, improved posture and balance.
Classes are on Fridays, 5.45pm - 6.45pm. You can book per calender month or pay per class.
Re-starts 17th January and runs through to 29th May (no class Friday 13th March or Friday 10th April)
