Yoga with Joy Tuesdays 17:45-19:00 25th February- 31st March

Joy Charnley qualified with Yoga Scotland in 2011 and since then has been teaching a range of classess and 1:1 sessions, focussing on body and breath awareness. This is a mixed class. It will have people in it who are experienced yoga practitioners and also warmly welcomes beginners.

You can book for the 5 week block (£40/30) or pay each week as a drop in. No class on 10th March as centre is closed.
