A supportive four-week online course in Buddhist meditation practices via Glasgow Buddhist Centre's YouTube channel. Starting on the first Saturday our online meditation team will get your personal meditation practice off to a great start. We will be sharing the two main Buddhist meditation practices - the mindfulness of breathing and the development of loving kindness. You will be supported by peers and coached by the team in establishing your own practice. Open to beginners as well as those looking to refresh their practice or re-establish it after a break. Booking is necessary as numbers are limited for this supported journey into Buddhist meditation. You will have the opportunity to support the Glasgow Buddhist Centre to provide the priceless teachings for free to whoever wants them.
