About
Wednesdays, 7pm - 9:15pm. An eight-week course for those who have taken our intro to Buddhism courses in the past, as well as learned the two foundational meditation practices we teach (metta bhavana and mindfulness of breathing). This course explores the symbol of the wheel of life. See how this teaching can help us understand ourselves, our minds and our world more clearly, to be able to move from the reactive mode to the creative mind of the Buddha. Please arrange to arrive 10 minutes before so that you are ready to start at 7pm. How do I book? In order to book via the website you, please click the book now link, and pay a £5 booking fee. If you cannot afford this, for whatever reason, please email gbc@glasgowbuddhistcentre.com in order to book. Do I have to pay? You will have the opportunity to support the Glasgow Buddhist Centre to provide the Buddha’s priceless teachings for free to whoever wants them. You can do this online via the GIVE button at the top of the page. Any problems? Email gbc@glasgowbuddhistcentre.com
