Our classes are open to everyone: you don’t need to be a Buddhist to benefit from them
and we won't put any pressure on you to become one.
Whether you come for a yoga or tai chi class or want to find out how the
Buddhist approach to life can change yours for the better, we'll be
pleased to see you.

We have spaces available on the following
courses:
Yoga Summer School with Ratnadevi Monday 13th
to Friday 17th July - 10am - 1pm
Free Fair Fortnight Taster Sessions: Still working
in Glasgow over the fortnight? Take a wee break one lunchtime and
come and try something new - 30 minute sessions of Reiki, Tai Chi,
Meditation, Buddhism or Yoga all available free of charge.
Summertime specials: six Thursday evenings led
by a different Dharmacari or Dharmacarini sharing what going for
refuge to the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha means to them. Starts 9 July
09.

Yoga Class led by Jinavamsa

You can
download an application form and post it to the centre with a deposit cheque.
However If possible please send full payment for the course or event
as this helps us with the administration of bookings. If you make it along to see us then you can also browse in our bookshop or make yourself a cup of tea.
