At the Glasgow Buddhist Centre we offer a progression of courses for those new to meditation and Buddhism. Our level two courses are intended for those who have already attended our Introduction to Buddhism course, as well as learned the two foundational meditation practices via our Buddhist Meditation for Beginners course, or our videos on our YouTube channel teaching the metta bhavana, and mindfulness of breathing.
This forms a foundation for going deeper with the Buddhist teachings in our three level-two courses that we teach throughout the year: the eight fold path, the wheel of life, and a level-two meditation course for exploring the principles of a Buddhist meditation practice more fully.
After completing all three, level-two courses, you would be welcome to attend our Tuesday night Dharma night class.
