Journey Through Time: Exploring Past Lives With Bodhiccha & Karunaradha Saturday 28th February, 1:30pm - 4pm Class limited to 20 participants, booking essential A gentle and supportive workshop exploring our past lives. We will learn to open a meditative pathway back in time and undertake several journeys enabling us to deepen our understanding of our present successes and difficulties. Note: there will be no hypnosis used. Please bring a notebook and pen. Bodhiccha is a long-standing order member, from a Spiritualist background. She has deep experience of teaching about psychic experience in a Buddhist context. She returns from retirement to offer a series of workshops as part of the fundraising for our new centre.
